Prior to his current role, he worked in corporate finance at Grant Thornton and was seconded to a private equity firm before joining Caledonia nearly 20 years ago. Mathew holds a degree in Building Surveying from the University of Reading and is a regular speaker on long-term investing and career development in finance.
