The Six Three Split in Justice Scalia's Discrimination Case

All three of the opinions claimed the legacy of Anthony and Scalia. Alito was more confrontational. Kavanaugh kind of went out of his way to say, by the way, it's great that gays have made all these advances but this should be done legislatively.
