Microsoft Wins Approval to Merge With Activision Blizzard
An injunction had been sought by the US Federal Trade Commission to prevent the deal from being concluded. The UK has issued a report that says, you cannot do this merger. We are against it. And so the option Microsoft would have is to merge everywhere but the UK and leave a small version of Activision Blizzard independent in the UK. That's an incredible mess, as you might imagine.
