The Intuitive Gifting of a Pastor

I wonder if all of us can resonate with that feeling. We feel intimidated and maybe uncomfortable at the idea of having to care for people who are not our age. I think there is an intuitiveness to the way God gifts a pastor. There's certainly an intuitive gifting that needs to be there, but there's also a lot that can be learned.
