The Railroads Are Making Strides to Hire New Crew Personnel

The railroads have made some efforts to hire, especially new crew persons to work on the railroad. I've seen numbers as high as 30% cut in workforce. And generally, I think there's been a lot of issues with surrounding a lack of crews. The STB has been looking at that and has been getting new data along those lines since the hearing back in April.
