With the thickness, I often use high lays for eye blocks. It really does appreciably speed my onset. Highlives is almost like decreasing the thickness because it's an enzyme that's breaking down tissue. So a major peripheral nerve is going to be one of your A-delta nerves. And so you've seen the difference between using high lays and no high lays. You can't get past 2% lingnikein. But without highlives, it is incredibly slow, but with highlIVES, it's super fast. Yeah. For that kind of list, where it's quick turnover, it is important to forget sort of quick onset, isn't it?Yeah
