The Importance of Social Motivation
I was struck by how convenient this idea of basically claiming that you can't or that you lack the talent is. And I also think that it's interesting when it comes to music teachers a lot of teachers basically tell some student here that they lack talent because they're not willing and able to make progress. If we can convince students that they actually if they are able not defiling the right kind of training that actually will help them improve then that will give them motivation and confidence that they can succeed.
