The Mull Ryan's and Nathaniel Jackson
Franklin County had no murders in 2004. At least no murders that were known to law enforcement. After Brianna's disappearance an anonymous call came in and said Brianna's being held in the root seller of this home on Reservoir Road. The officers went in and searched the house in plain view which is probably the only way that they could really have pressed these issues in plain view. There was a firearm and some drug paraphernalia and some drugs. So inside the house were four people two of them were Nathaniel Jackson and Ramon Ryan's. The two other were local people a guy and a girl. As far as I know Keeley was involved with Nathaniel Jackson at one point eventually
