Siber Attacks Are Not Enough to Stop the War in Ukraine
Siber attacks were indeed foiled. But beyond that, this also speaks to the way that, in fact, this war was planned. I it clearly was not actually planned. Long term forces had been being built up from the base of the spring before the actual decision to go seems to have caught a lot of people within the russian security apparatus and the government as a whole by surprise. It's one of the many ways in which actually potins either shortterm assumptions about whatat the war was going to be his belief that he didn't actually want to so trash the country because he thought he was going to easily take it over.
