How Much Does It Cost to Build a Fordable Housing Community?

A lot of our newest communities all in have been in the 175 thousand, 200 thousand dollars a unit, per apartment unit. But that was two, three years ago, and now they're coming in at two, 50 and even approaching 300 thousand a unit. Ah, so absorbing those costsin eas s really a got me nervous. Like we have been growing a project and lately, two projects a year. And you know, i don't know how much we'll be able to keep that pace. Hopefully all the funders that we put together for a project will continue to increase funding and grow with us."
