How to Scale a Bot That Makes Customers More Angerous
I would like to see more conversation and more presentations about how everybody's handling those kinds of, you know, hypothetical scenarios. They might either make the customer more angry or less angry. But when that's automated, right, if the automated bot is somehow making every customer angry, we've now just scaled out a way to make all of your customers more angry versus maybe one or two humans who are having a bad day,. And the customer leaves even more angry.
