The Biden Administration Isn't Getting a Deal on Title 42 - It's Only Going to Get Worse

The Biden administration recognizes that what is happening now is not sustainable and likely only to get worse. There hasn't been any sort of beyond a fits or starts, no real momentum of bipartisan momentum to get a deal done the latest. It will become also a political liability beyond a humanitarian crisis. But right now they feel like their hands are tied and they're looking at Title 42 which expires next week.
