Do You Think Democrats Should Run on Their Covid Record?

I find it difficult to accept the premise here, david leonard's premise that democrats should run on their covid record. More people are going to be enthused to vote against the coved regime than for it. The idea here that they would go back and that re revivify this issue and make it relevant and resonant again for voters just strikes me as a lot of moving parts that i don't think are lining up.
