The England Under 21s and Southgates
England won the under 19s Euros in 2017, which is not that long ago. This is what the FA were building towards when they built St George's Park. Southgates played his part in it as well to a degree. England are the great underachievers of international football. That was what I were known for. It's fair to say they put that to bed with those three successive tournament wins. To the point where they've not really done anything in quite some time.
