Even a company that has an excellent public relations history can still fall victim to a serious pr calamity. By analyzing the procedure disney used in the public relations process, it will reinforce the significance of each step. Disney was left flat on its feet because it was unprepared for the pr problems that would arise. Many parts of their par plan were inventive and interesting, and would have been far more productive if based on the proper information.
