What Does Football Look Like After the First World War
The war comes to an end in November 1918. What does football look like in the immediate aftermath of the conflict conflicts? I mean had four years of fighting wet the public's appetite for more football. Being in the army has exposed more men to sport as well which is an interesting argument. And so what you get after the first world war very similar to what you have after the second world war is a big spectator boom.
