The Class Dilemma in Russian Education

There is something of a class differential in which the language of education was both in late Tsarist times and under the Soviets was Russian. It's definitely that it does have a lot to do with, you know, these stereotypes about Ukrainians. And even after the collapse of the Soviet Union, if you watch any sort of Russian TV show, there would probably be some kind of bumbling silly sidekick.
