The President's Legal Team's Concerns About Georgia
The former president's legal team has been most concerned about Georgia. Once this case is brought, if he is indicted, he can't make it go away. There's no mechanism for him to make this case go away, even if he is reelected. If such a thing happened before the presidential election, he could run for President from prison.
