Why Are We Attracted to People Who Look Similar to Us?
People have made the comment that often we're attracted to people who look similar to us or people will end up dating people who look almost the same. I wanted to break down some of the reasons that psychology today has given as to why we are attracted to someone who looks similar to us. The reason for this is called a group biases and it's more self-explanatory if you live in communities where say if you're Anglo- Saxon you live with Anglo-Saxon people within Australia. People who are Latino often end up dating Latinos not just because you live around each other but because all your close networks are of a similar race by circumstance.
