Implementation Onboarding - What's the Goal?

A lot of our time will be spent early on in the implementation onboarding cycle because unless you implement in R in the CICD there's no way for the product to work right. At Kenti, similarly we have that as well where that product would send data from your devices and then it would do a bunch of analysis  and you would be able to use it in the UI and apps. Some customers knew exactly what to do and those were the easy ones but the vast majority of them required some sort of hand holding. Once you've passed the onboarding piece though it's all about showing customers hey this is the business value that we actually found like you have so many vulnerabilities
