The biggest thing is, i think it's pricing in profits. And so if you can't see the earnings picture for the next six months, to me, that's what the market is discountingand we'll discount more. For someone that's sold a company, or they have significant wealth at, say, 55 or 60, they need to start thinking about preservation,. Because probably preservation will beat the s and p this year.
