Nationalism and the Catholic Church - I'm Not a Nationalist

No, I'm definitely not a Natcon in a sense that it's silly to me to elevate nationalism or the nation state as the highest good of political life. No Catholic can be uncomplicatedly a nationalist. That said, I'm sympathetic to some of these national populist governments. So for example, you need some other larger moral frame to settle the dispute between Russia and Ukraine. It goes up, but that doesn't mean there aren't global problem demanding global solutions.
