Penalties Are Back in the News and Love It Away
I've had this idea of rattling round in my head for a while, and with the penalties back in the news, i thought i would share it. I have an email from philmc Timony, which sounds like a proviversion of some ato. But we're not talking about pollte anyng, are we? So full of mactimony, step one, create a second penalty spot a little farther away from goal, maybe 15 to 18 yards away. The distance would be whatever it takes to give a penalty taker about a 50 50 chance of scoring. Most fowls in the box would result in a long penalty. This would still be a significant deterrent
