As a leader, it is your job to train the team. No coach would ever take over a team and assume every player is already performing at a high level. A great leader must insure all meetings are run in a remarkable way. If there are garbage meetings on the project, you supervise your not being a leader. Leaders repeat things a minimum of seven times. The clarity of where the project is headed should be made perfectly clear. Once everyone can repeat by memory the customers top needs, the end date and the plan for the day, communication goal has been achieved.
