Meyer became the first retailer nationwide this week to accept supplemental nutritional assistance program benefits. The Flash Food app allows shoppers to buy heavily discounted food that's nearing its best buy date. Shoppers can use their snap benefits on Flash Food orders by just adding their EBT cards as a payment method in the app.
