Zoe: I think our podcasting network, the algorithm works against us. As a Black player podcast, we don't come up on people's radar. We are niche, but there's not many of us. Unless you have specifically looked for one of us, we're just not going to come up. And so that's why we have to rely on the hashtag on social media to get our word out. But until the algorithm works in our favor, you're going to have to work with us.
