Do You Have a Top Task Environment?

We do an intensive period of trying to define the task environment. We look at Google and we'd search in AdWords for cancer, diabetes etc. And by a task I mean prognosis, warranties if you're buying a car. So there's a big process that goes on to develop that list of tasks. It takes about 12 weeks to do.
