The Justice Department is building up a case against Donald Trump, says CNN's John Defterios. A DOJ official was invited to Mar-a-Lago in late May or June and found boxes of classified documents there before he could search the storage locker where they were stored. But that turned out to be false when FBI marched in with a search warrant earlier this year. The evidence suggests prosecutors have shared it with someone ahead of prosecution, defterios says. "It seems very unlikely Merrick Garland would sign off on an indictment," he adds.
