The High Level Process for Figuring Out the Strategic Narrative

The cornerstone of the strategic narrative is what I've called this change in the world, this shift from some old game that buyers were playing. So we're always looking for that setup and it's sometimes very difficult to pick that out because there's lots of old game new game shifts you could maybe latch onto. We want them to recognize themselves in it. And then a thing I'll say is where do we get this thing from? The leadership team usually has good ideas about it, but I always make them talk to customers first.
