The Secretary of State's Trip to Russia on Syria and ISIS
Peter Bergen: This trip that the Secretary of State is taking, it was planned before the missile attack. He says President Obama had what he thought was a pretty compelling answer when people said, hey, you said a red line, but then didn't enforce it. Bergen: Now we see that Bashar al-Assad either cheated and didn't give all of the weapons up as he said he did or he somehow developed more of them. So obviously that kind of undercuts that whole part of his legacy and leaves President Obama to answer for this.
