I Believe There Is a Lot of Prosecutorial Misconduct
I believe there is a lot of prosecutorial misconduct, not just in my but in other cases. And it's just amazing to see how much a prosecutor can take advantage of somebody. I hope people will realize on all sides of the isle that the prosecutor is the arm of the state trying to take all your rights away from you. It doesn't matter whether or not they are right about it morallywhether or not they're morally justified. They don't care what actually ends up happening afterwards. In fact, a lot of times, especially in violent cases, id probably is what needs to happen.
