Debby caldwell ran the local day care that a lot of families trusted her with. Debby was not a fan of josh powell, the kids dad. Susan would always let debby know if the kids can't make on their scheduled days. She felt something just was bothering her when Josh didn't come in to watch all the kids. At least she goes there and everyone's fine because they came down with the flue.
