The Lowest Low When You Started Oak Tree
The lowest low was the day we figured out that we didn't have a publishable record. When I went from T.C.W. to oak tree in 1995, they said, well, where's the data? You have to have monthly, auditable data in order to publish a record. And so it was kind of a bootstrap operation, the accounts we got permitted us to develop a record which enabled us to get more accounts.
