CNN's Mark Whitaker says the fbi communicated with someone, whether in person or at facebook, a so called private company, and told them to make this hunner biding story go away. He also said that they peremptively censored the story reduce distribution. There is established court precedent that a private company is not acting as a private company if they're doing something on behest of the government, because the government can't do it itself.
