I think one thing where people get stuck is they're like, I'm going to go in my room and just meditate and try to come up with what motivates me. You might not find it right away and you might not findIt until you're actually doing something. And in the process of doing you say, why? I really like this. So it's a discovery process. But it's a process. It doesn't work like that. The fundamental principle is this, even if you don't read the book, ultimately, you've got to experiment.
