Is There a Better Oc Meeting Format?
The format we use is a bit clunky and lends itself to not getting the right things on the table. A superintendent that isn't a good communicator really isn't a superintendent. Both introverts and extraverts can flex and communicate. There is no such thing as just somebody who doesn't communicate or doesn't talk a lot. That's just called laziness. And you need to wake up and start doing your job.
