Eugenics and the State Department

There are eugenics strands within German thought that take up the efficiency measure pretty carefully. Anxiety's about social efficiency didn't die along with eugenics in World War II. It is still frequently invoked as a disciplinary measure to perceive scarcity and threat, especially by politicians. We're all here for a simple reason: businesses as usual in Washington just won't cut it.
