How to Sketch Out Process Flows to Help You in Your CTA Matrix
Lindsay Clackston of cohort 4, she found a ton of value in sketching out some rudimentary taskflows to help her in her detailed CTA matrix. Alexis King also of cohort 4 asked a very good question and it was something that I realized I haven't been clear about this at all. So if you're really feeling the need to sketch out a process diagram with some boxes and arrows and decision diamonds, go for it. During the requirements, the CTA requirements step, that's a good place to kind of explore that but definitely don't spend too long there.
