In the book, you say that God's arose as illusions and that the history you're tracing is certainly in one sense of the evolution of an illusion. When did you first think that? Well, let's see. The title of the book was in place ten years or so ago when I started kind of thinking about it and working on it. So I guess at that point the idea was there. And that's one thing I'm trying to look at in the book.
