Damien: I've been a graphic designer for decades that slowly just started like in the 90s print design branding and then eventually more and more web design. And one of those things that I just like kept running into both in a startup where I was really just like the design director, but that also was partially a marketing director as well. That sort of just forced me into evaluating what I do as a designer. So we're going to dive into some of these practical things that people can implement.
