What Is the Top Level Definition of Customer Top Tasks?
The top task is about showing an image to the organization of what it's really like to be a customer and what the customer truly really needs. So you often have this ego based organizational production of of lower level low need type of stuff that massages to ego of the organization but is not really helping the customer. To develop a map of that are a league table to clearly be able to differentiate from a customer's perspective, say well these tasks here are way more important than these over here.
