Russian President Vladimir Puton's Special Military Operation in Ukraine Is Going to Plan
Rustion president vladimir puton said that his special mil option in the country is going to plan. Puton accuses ukranian forces of using civilians as human shields, even as one million ukranians have fled the country and two thousand civilians have died in public places there. A senior french official tells me that puten appeared very closed off and rejected the notion of any cease fire without complete de militarization of ukraine.
