How to Break Through Those Thresholds and Improve Performance

The key insight that came actually a couple of years later when people were starting to ask me, you know, I mean, who cares if you can remember digits? So okay, you're shown here that this performance, which seems incredible, is trainable because obviously when you train an individual, the same genes and the DNA doesn't change just because you give them training. But if you plan this generally now and ask if you give somebody else a different task, then you actually design training such that this individual will be able to break through the performance that they currently have.
