The Xi Jinping Peace Club Is a Non-Starter

And he promptly says that Ukraine is as culpable as Russia for this war, which is like darkness at noon. I think it is considered by certainly by the Ukrainians to be a non-starter. For starters, it doesn't mention anything about the withdrawal of Russian troops from Ukrainian territory. So not just the Europeans and the Americans who are making a propaganda victory out of this dreadful situation.
