The USDA's Decision to Lower Corn Exports by 50 Million

The USDA lowered last year's corn exports by 25 million, and that may still be too high. I see basis being steady to weakish going into the fall for corn unless China shows up. With China looming there as far as soybeans demand, I think there's a little bit more optimism for beans.
