Isn't Space the Domain of the Super Rich?

Nasa has been talking about nasa's clarity of purpose and mission going forward. When the privateers and these guys are super wealthy and super powerful, they start believing that they should have a say in how nassa does things. This is going to make nassa's future extraordinarily complicated and difficult. But it's always been that way,. which you haven't recognized as every time we put out a request for a proposal, o obtain those, make a selection, many times we'll have protest. Many times have to go to court and resolve those. And that's the method that we've developed to do that.
