We bought a house in 2007 for about 240 at the bottom and sold it two years ago. We were able to pay off that mortgage in under three years, which was really cool. The wife is getting the itch again so she spends a lot of time on Zillow and Trulia. And bigger pockets are just as well-positioned than smaller pockets.
