The conquest of mecca was unique in that, not only was no fighting allowed, no war booty was taken. Less than a dozen people were mentioned by name when the conqueror made his way to Mecca. Even these people, more than half, were eventually forgiven. And this is not going o be the last episode of the conquests of mecca. We have another, at least another too, i think, to go.
