The Poetics of Migration
I think there's a way in which the whole question of movement, I mean of course some here because of that movement and you know if we didn't have empire and the movement of peoples from this part of the planet. People journeying to improve their lives, escaping wars and famines all of these things are part of our kind of contemporary society. So for me it's very important that, but let's just say in my work I try to look at these questions in the kind of poetic sense but it is driven by a kind of social justice.
