Trying to get everyone to like you is a sign of mediocrity. If you stand up for your beliefs, likely you're going to step on somebody's toes at some point. We actually have an author right now who's facing a significant amount of trolling. They are very outspoken and they are very powerful in the anti-racist space. But neither of these authors will be stopped. Neither of them will lose progress or stop in a movement because of trolling online.
